Nervous Weeing

We have a nearly 2 year old cocker  spaniel. Ever since his 6 month check up at the vet, he wees when greeting people both inside and out. Any suggestions?

Our bitch did this until she was about 4, she is now nearly 7. Doesn't help you I know 🤣

Our Gemma used to do it. But just stopped as she matured.
