Lip fold dermatitis

After taking my cocker spaniel puppy to groomers today she said she's got lip fold dermatitis
Explains the smell over the last few days
I've been recommended hibiscrub, leucillin and colloidal silver
Any advice please

Everyone seems to use Colloidal silver for everything, but when I researched it closely it isnt actually very good for dogs, so I would avoid around the mouth, Hibiscrub is good but must be diluted , keep the hair around the mouth very short, and after cleaning blot dry thoroughly , I have used Leucillan spray which is also good
