Thanks to everyone for your kind words :D

Rusty is growing day by day at the moment his legs are to big for his body

My dad took him out for a walk today (in a canvas bag around his neck when he took their dog out, golden retriever called amber. they look after rusty whilst I'm at work) and he loved it.

so happy i found COL you are all so friendly hope to speak and make friends with you all soon.

Happy dog loving

with love from Lou and Rusty

Hi and welcome!!
Rusty is lovely - a little stunner!
We have Dillon, a 4 month old solid chocolate show cocker.  We have a little girl (of the human variety) - nearly 3 - and her relationship with Dillon is often tested when he nips her legs or snatches her toys, but in the long run I know they will be the best of friends...   The relationship between Dillon and my 6 year old son is great!!  Your little boy will grow up with a wonderful friend in Rusty - it is sooo special!
Enjoy little Rusty, they grow up sooo quick....

What a beautiful baby, makes me go all spaniel broody again

I have Vahri (Black girl, she's 3yrs old) and Rufus (chocolate boy, 1yr old). Mine are both working type cockers.

I also have a 7yr old son, who has grown up with dogs and he has learned to love and respect them, in return they adore him too - even if Ruffy does still steal his toys!!!

Just out of fairness - I should also mention I also have a husband, don't want him to feel left out  ;)

Looking forward to seeing lots more photos.

Hi, another newbie here.  Rusty is gorgeous

I've never had a puppy - Daisy was 5/6/7 months when we got her so I can only imagine what it must be like having him about the place - but he looks such an angel - but I imagine there is a devil in there somewhere trying to break out ;)  ;)

Rusty is beautiful and I've just noticed you're from the same neck of the woods as me so I may get to see the lovely Rusty on a walk :D
