Greetings from Dublin

New - heard about this site while admiring cocker puppies at the Irish Kennel Club show last Saturday :luv:
We have a 3 year old Rough Collie x Labrador bitch and hope to get a Cocker dog in the next year or so! Have looked after a Cocker Diva on occasions so we know well what we are letting ourselves in for! :005:

we have an 11 week old blue roan and are real novices but are loving having Alfie as one of our family.

Hi and welcome to COL. We have Buddy, a blue roan, nearly 15 months old.

Where in Dublin are you? We used to live in South County Dublin (Dalkey - posh, huh?) and then Bray, Co Wicklow. Just moved back to UK 18 months ago. Still miss our friends etc. Almost brave enough to plan a visit this summer, but having trouble finding a dog-friendly house/flat/B&B near there.

Annette - we're in Ballinteer - not so posh but you'd never guess judging by the property prices there recently!! Finding pet-friendly accommodation here is not so bad if you are renting a cottage in a family resort for a week but difficult otherwise as far as I can see!

Hi and welcome to the board - I have just joined as well and am based in Dublin.  I have 2 lovely golden cocker boys, Alfie and Sam (pics are on another thread).  Best of luck with getting a cocker - I just love the breed!   :luv:
