I have had a puppy before, a golden retriever called Monty. He is a family pet, mum wouldn't let me take him with me when i moved out!!
I have a golden retriever, called Max. He's 17 months old now. Max was a walk in the park compared to Barney, our 7 month old cocker! Max was such an easy puppy and such a laid back big softie who's only fault is, and has ever been, he likes to go say hello to everyone within his sight.
Barney is our third dog, we also have a Lab, Sapphi, who was a nightmare puppy, a challenging adolescent and is an adoreable adult. Barney threw up things, and is still doing so, that we'd never had to deal with before. He can be a challenge too, in a different way to Sapphi.
Just don't want you to be lulled into a false sense of security, if your Monty was anything like my Max.
i can see i'll be using this website alot!!

Did you not know that addiction is not optional!!
Can't wait to see some pics of your boys.
