1 puppy canine left
« on: November 23, 2006, 08:21:28 AM »
Hi everyone, just wondering if someone could give me some advice.
Daisy will be 6 months old on the 29th of this month. She has shed all but one of her teeth (i found 7 of them :D)
The last tooth fell out about 3 weeks ago and the last remaining canine tooth seems to be fairly well in there. The adult canine is through with the baby tooth sat behind it.
I was wondering how long i should give it till i take her to the vets to have it checked out.

Saffies last one standing was a canine and i think it just disappeared and we never really noticed. I wouldn't worry about it unless it is bothering Daisy. I bet it goes in the next few days.

I never got any of Indy's baby teeth, I think she swollowed them all.

At one point she had 8 canines, it looked very bizzare when she was laid on her back with her mouth open, but all her baby canines seemed rock solid right up to the point when they were just gone.

I wouldn't worry, it'll come out when it's ready and the tooth fairy will have to leave something extra special with it being the last one.  ;)
