Yes we have Virgin broadband - it's brilliant now but we did go through a bad period of the connection cutting out constantly which turned out to be a problem with our line which BT fixed ...eventually ;)

I'm with virgin broadband and no problems with the service (apart from when I transferred over from their 24/7 account to the broadband account but it was sorted eventually)
