my daughter chose the name, shes doing fashion design at uni ,so its from the 60s fashion designer of the same name, that will mean nothing to some of you depending on your age :005
how do you get brackens coat so shiny?

my auntie called my cousin biba but rather than after the designer she stated she had named her that after the shop as she used to work there  :005:

she could have least have lied and said it was after the designer :005:, dont tell her you now know a dog with that name ;)but i think its a great name for a girl (human) very trendy :shades:
my neighbour used to have a dog with the same name as my daughter, not even the normal run of the mill name like milly or emily but CARA,used to get very confusing ::)

As I remember, Biba was the shop and the designer was called Barbara Hulanicki  ;)

I remember going to the first shop in Kensington and then to big shop when they took over the old Derry and Toms department store - it was the most amazing shop I have ever seen before or since.  :o  It really was an experience - trouble was I think people went for the experience and didn't spend enough money  :-\ I remember my sister having their toileteries in the black and gold bottles and I had this Biba poster on my bedroom wall throughout the 70's :D

hi ann :D no i dont mind you asking ,she came from delinde kennels ,a breeder in barwell, leicestershire, lovely lady she has been breeding and showing for about 20 years, but her dad is from claremend kennels (not sure if that is spelt right) also leicestershire, and thats where her colouring is from,
it would be lovely if they were related  :luv:,cant remember if there were any boys in the litter ,how old is bailey?
