Hiya Im jean and have 3 working cockers ( ones a sprocker really but youd never know)
get your pup a couple of dummies and throw them for him , then when he gets the hang of retrieving them hide them on him and encourage him to hunt for them. great fun for the pup and he will burn up loads of energy racing after them.
you can send off for some from here..

Hello, welcome!

My golden boy was hyper I am totally shocked at how calm my new blue roan pup is :005: I'm afraid my highspeed boy never really slowed down so you might be in for a bit of a rollercoaster of fun with him :) I loved it though and wouldn't have changed a thing about him, he could walk for days and would lap us 100 times and it was marvelous watching him leaping all over the place on walks.. enjoy every second of chaos you have with him!

I've been there with Ollie on that one, he thought it was a great game until he felt the other dogs teeth rather hard!!

Hello and welcome

I have Daisy, a blue roan cocker, who will be 12 weeks old tomorrow.  She is sleeping through the night now (Joy of Joys!) and at the lovely nippy, bitey stage - and chewing any shoe left carelessly around..... :005:

Double pups - what fun.  We nearly went that route too.  Look forward to seeing their photos in the puppy photo section.

This site will get you through anything.  It's just the best ever.  I would never have made the first 4 weeks with Daisy without it - honestly ph34r
