Rrrrr, poor Ozzy, I'm glad they have given him some antibiotics to clear it up.  Glad he's feeling better x

Just read your thread....poor Ozzy.
Lets hope the antibiotics work.
Our boxer bitch has a real problem keeping weight on and also gets alot of tummy bugs. b
At one point a vet (not our regular) thought she had a malasorbtion problem. Put her on perscription food which went straight through her (so she really didn't have that problem just a sensitive tummy).
We feed her on Burns active with nature diet. She looks fab on this. Nature diet fed alone will firm up the stools. In fact with some dogs it comes out in pellets!
A breeder has also recommended that we find out what she is sensitive to, red meat, fish or veg. We discovered veg sets her off.

Looking forward to the updates..big hug for Ozzy

Poor Ollie, I hope the antibiotics work and that there’s nothing else wrong with him :luv:.  Brodie sends lots of healing kisses and tells him to keep on being cheeky :luv:

Just a quick update.
Ozzy is much better in himself back to his mischievuos self, everything that is goming out is hard[very hard] but we think that this could be because of the anti-biotics, he seems to have put nearly a kilo on in a week, we need to take him back to the vet on Wednesday to have him checked and weighed then we can monitior his progress.

I am so pleased to hear he is a lot better and putting on weight, my husband had camplabacter and was really poorly it was ages before doctor sent sample I think  id rather be looked after by a vet.
