Hi, I'm Ziggy.
« on: November 15, 2009, 11:51:24 AM »
Hi,
I'm a 4 1/2 month old working cocker spaniel, i live next to the beach in Kent.
I've only been here two weeks, having just moved down from London.
It's pretty good down here, But I'm not sure about the waves yet, they seem to want to chase me up the beach, then give up and run away??
My owners Lynn & Mark are worried about me eating mussel shells, and i bite when they try to take them off me, i know they mean well, but I'm sure I'll be alright.
They may discuss me on other pages, please help them if you can, I'll do my best to make sure they need all the help they can get!

Bye, For now.
Ziggy

Welcome Ziggy. I'm Bracken and not allowed on the beach yet  :-\ My owners are keeping me to the common land, but that's ok 'cos there's loads of sniffs going on and I haven't even got all the way to end yet!

Lucky you living by the beach! Morgan (my orange roan show type, nearly 17 months old now) loves the beach but it's over an hour from our house.

We taught Morgan a "swap" command so that we can get things off him that we don't want him to have, but sometimes he steals things just so that he can "swap" for a treat!  ::) ho hum!

Welcome to COL.  :D

Thank you all for your great welcome,
I'm glad there are more 'Cocky' spaniels like me out there.
I've been on my best behaviour for most of today, only so they'll be so frustrated tomorrow when i'm a little  >:D.

Let's keep them on their toes.

Hi Ziggy

(mum has to type this cos my paws are too big and furry for the keyboard)

We live in Kent, but nearer London, but spend loads of days down the beach in the summer - i like to eat seaweed - have you tried it yet? - while Ruby likes to chase the birds! I love the waves, but my sister hates them too....

See you around

Eddie and Ruby  ;)
