Introducing Abbi

Hi everyone. I'm Brenda and I have a 10 month old black and tan show cocker, called Abbi. She has been part of our family since she was 8 weeks old and is doing very well with her training. Abbi is our first dog so we are learning all the time. We also have 3 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs , which Abbi gets on well with.

I have found so many useful tips on COL and so have decided to join up and introduce myself. We live near Chatham in Kent and would like to join some fellow COL members for a 'meet up walk' at some time.

Welcome to COL, Abbi is gorgeous  :luv: We have a black and tan too called Baja and Mole our blue roan.

Look forward to seeing lots more pictures of your gorgeous girl  :luv:

shes gorgeous :luv: we get a black n tan at the start of march I cant wait,im in kent aswell so hopefully see you at one of our meets  :D

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I feel very welcome.

We can't imagine life without Abbi now. My daughter has wanted a dog since she could say "dog" and is now 17, so I took some persuading, hence all the rabbits etc as I felt that a dog was too big a commitment! I think that now was the right time and certainly don't regret it. She has been such a joy and is keen to learn all the time.

Hi,Abbi is gorgeous,we have Otto who is also 10 months and is a black white and tan.We also can't imagine life without him although he is in the dog house tonight as he has chewed my phone  >:D

Welcome to COL  :D Abbi is beautiful  :luv: Your situation mirrors ours.  We have Mason - also our first dog (got him after years of pleading from DD  :005:)  We also started with rabbits to see how she would cope with the responsibilty and thankfully she did very well  :D

Life just wouldn't be the same with our friend Mason  :D

beware though- they are addictive  ....I started out with 1 little girlie & 5 yrs later I have 3  :005:
