Oh sweetie  :luv: he's home where he belongs with his mum :'( When we went to the vets for Poppy I really didn't care if I made a fool of myself, I was grieving for my best friend. You cried because you loved him sooooo much and there is no time limit on grief take care love Dianne and Pebbles x x x   :luv: :luv:

So sorry to hear this news. RIP Toby.

Don't rush the grieving process.  Kelly died just over a year ago, and I sobbed a recent as Xmas eve for her.  It does get easier, but don't expect to happen quickly.

Know exactly what you mean about how it feels so 'right' to have them home - my old boy, Harvey, sits discreetly on a bookshelf in our sitting room and I talk to him whenever I dust around him  :luv: :luv:.  It is just so lovely to feel that bit closer to them again.

We have no plans for what to do with his ashes - my hunch is they will be combined with mine in due course (hopefully some time off yet  :D) - but that will be the responsibility of those left behind ....
