Hey Joanne :D that is fantastic news about Scooby and like Cindere said he's a tough little cookie ;) I know from my own experiences how heartbreaking it is to leave them at the vets :( but he's in excellent hands and it wont be long now before he's back home love to you and your family and Scooby of course x

Joanne - have been working away this week so have been trying to catch up with stuff - so only just got to this. What an awful experience for you all. I can only begin to imagine how terrified and anxious you've all been. So glad the little fella's looking better.

Keeping him in a cage will seem hard as he is a puppy and will want to be up and about - but it will be for his best in the long run. He's bound to be upset in the vets - so much has happened to him - but he'll be fine once you get him home - and I'm guessing that should be about now.

Good luck!! :)

Sooo glad to hear the little cherub is mending ...  It's awful when they are hurt, but what you described to us must have been everyone's worst nightmare, and thankfully your has a happy ending !!!!

Give him lots and lots of sloppy Cocker kisses from Barley and Bramble and a big snuggly hug (gently) from me!!!

Joanne, I only just saw this and got chills reading that - inorant fool that man is.

I'm so so glad your baby did well through surgery - I bet he'll bounce back and he's certainly got lovely owners who'll spoil him rotten.

DO NOT beat yoourself up over this, II had a very lucky escape with Indie at around the same age, and he's now great off lead.

Is Scooby insured? I'm thinking if not I'd be asking that bloody man to help with the costs, that's just completely irresponsible behaviour.

I hope he's home soon, bless him
