maybugs terrify me  :'( i've had 2 fly into my hair and they are like velcro u cant get the darn things out, horrible horrible little beasts!!

After our walk and Elaine and Lindsey telling us about maybugs we had a visitor  :D It was really quite cute and very funny to watch - kept flinging itself at the light then lying on its back and waggling its legs and antenna around. I've lived all over the Uk and never heard of them before  :huh:

Never heard of them or seen them.... but just looking at a pic and reading these accounts, frankly you can keep them!!!!  :005:  I suspect if they landed in my garden Maggie would stand and bark at them, in prepare for flight mode in case they moved towards her  :005:

I think Louis, Georgia and Morgan have got most of Hampshire covered between them, so you should be OK down your way Lisa :005:

Yep! the boy's had another 3 just now  :020: The touble is he whines and whines to go out and it's hard to ignore him as that's what he does when he badly needs a wee  :shades: so you can't be sure whether he wants a wee or a snack  :-\  I made him have a wee while he was out catching the beasties and now I can ignore him until bedtime  ;)

(the maybug season will soon be over thank goodness)
