Hi my name is Adrian, my wife is also registered today, alexreeves we have a female Working Cocker  she is 3.5 years old and is a little peach.

She came from a breeder local to us and was trained for the gun but alas was not keen on the bang the gun made also she would not retrieve but she loves to do this for us. Balls are her favorable thing to fetch but a stick would do. 

We had to have her dressed as she had Entropion, she has had two operations to help with her condition and the second operation has been a success to the degree of some discharge and that is when it is very windy but a clean wipe on each eye seems to help with her problem.

She is a very eager to please loving cuddly dog that loves other dogs and is very social. We Caravan (Eriba Triton) most weekend and this year totaling 49 nights out but the year has not ended so hope to be out again soon.

We love hill walking and we are fortunate  to live only  17 miles from the coast here in Aberdeenshire. I work for the NHS and travel around hospitals and Bella travels with me most of the time and she loves it.

I am sure you will bump into my wife who thought it would be nice if we are both here to keep an eye on each other!  ;) and am looking forward to meeting you all.

Hello and welcome to COL :D

I've just replied to your wife's post so it would be churlish not to say hello to you too! I'm Elaine from Hampshire, owned by 7 year old orange roan William and 2 year old blue roan and tan Louis.

My first Cocker, many years ago, had entropion in one eye but luckily it was no problem after he'd had surgery on it.

Would love to see some photos of Bella please. She sounds delightful :D

Hi Elaine,

Thanks for the intro we plan to put up some pictures and videos later.

We are both using the same picture but will change them later.

We have had English Springer Spaniels in the past boys but we thought we would  take on a smaller dog.

Hi there and welcome!  Bella sounds a sweetie :luv:  I'm pleased the ops have helped her.  Sounds like you have an active and varied life, looking forward to the pics soon.

I have Odie, who is a 22 months old show strain.  My mam used to have a springer and I adore them and would love another one as a friend for Odie (hubby says no though :'().  Enjoy the forum, off to say hello to your wife now :D  Lesley

I've just introduced myself to your OH.

I'm Laura, owned by Wisp a rescue choc roan (unemployed) worker  :005:

Wisp was also trained to the gun in his previous life so fireworks time is great fun when he runs round barking like a metalist looking for fallen birds.  We have to throw socks or gloves for him to retireve  ;)

Bella is gorgeous  :luv:  :luv:.  Look out for the thread for the COL meet in Perthshire on 20th!!!!

Hello! Morgan my orange roan is 3 years old (almost 3.5  ;) ) and his favourite game is retrieving tennis balls too. Like  Bella, Morgan is a very sociable friendly dog, hope to read lots more about your beautiful Bella and her travels in the future.

showtype girly with a touch of tan :luv:
We are in Yorkshire.
Bella sounds wonderful and you sound as
