Time to say Hello....

....after lurking for several months! 

Had Pepper, a black and white, working type cocker spaniel back in June.  She's now 9 months old and is very independent and confident and cute and such a character - sorry, getting carried away!  Anyway, it's very reassuring to know from this forum that others are equally as mad as she is!  I'd forgotten how much fun puppies were!!!

Hello and welcome to COL.  I'm sure you'll manage to post some pics soon :lol2:  Pepper sounds a sweetheart :luv:  Hope you're enjoying the forum, as you'll know, there aren't many subjects not covered on here!  I am owned by Odie, a golden show type boy who turned 2 just after Christmas.  Lesley  :D

Thank you!  The forum is fab.  We had a labrador previously, so new to cockers, but totally hooked now. 
As I'm sure you can see from test page, I'm struggling with the photos!!! :D

Hello and welcome to call. Yes all cockers are mad, well at least mine is  :005:, his name is Cupar and he is almost 14 months old. He is a golden show type boy.  Pepper sounds lovely, :luv: and look forward to seeing photos (when you manage to work out how to post them) it took me ages to work it out, but I am hopeless at IT.

Hi loving the picture and the beach . Where is it ? Lucky pepper walking in such a nice place .

I used to read mrs pepperpot books as a child and loved them . Just wondering if you did too?

Thank you for the welcome! 

Pauline - we live near Gloucester, but visit Aberporth in West Wales frequently - this is where the beach is.  It's great because it has 2 bays one of which is open for dogs year round. 
I used to love the Mrs Pepperpot  books  :blink:  Used to read them to my infant class and my own children.

Love the photos of all your dogs - some really remind me of Pepper.

Anyone else near Gloucester?
