Yes, I've phoned the vet and he's phoning me back. I spoke to the emergency nurse at the hospital branch, and she said she reckons he'll need to come in, but I'm just sitting on the phone waiting to hear it from the vet.
He's absolutely covered in it, I washed him down earlier, but it's all over him again and he's stinking to high heaven - they'll be so delighted to see us in that state
His tongue is covered in bright red blood, and it seems to clot ok then just start again. Since I last posted, it's stopped for a minute, then back full strength, thanks for your support over phoining, one of those times when you panic and need someone to tell you what to do!
