Would you give Orijen to a 4 month puppy????

I have been just looking at the Dog Food Analysis website and have found that Orijen is rated as one of their best rated foods.

I currently feed Gabby Burns Mini Bites and although she appears ok on it I am a bit concerned about the review on that site which states that it does not have very much meat content - mainly grains.

Has anyone had any experience of feeding a puppy on Orijen???

Do you think I should change her or leave her on Burns???

I know they don't recommend Orijen for larger breed puppies. I don't have any experience of feeding it to pups, but they do make a puppy variety.
I know my cocker and lab are doing really really well on it.

Although i feed my 2 Orijen it is the adult version...would you be looking at this or the puppy variety  :huh:

My lot have been on it for a while including Heidi, can't remember exactly how old she was when she started, probably 6 months ish

All three do well on it

It would be the puppy variety. I think I will get one of their trial bags and try it - not me, but Gabby  :005: :005: :005:

If its the puppy one i cant see a problem...it should be designed with a growing pup in mind....my 2 love it and do really really well on it  ;)

We feed Ruby the Orijen puppy food, and have no problems with it. She loves it and seems to just "hoover" it up  :005:  :005:.
Before that she was on eukanuba puppy ph34r  ph34r, but I also saw the nutrition website and changed her to Orijen.
