CAMERA BUFFS-why are my pics suddenly uploading in unreadable PEF files?

The past 2 weekas for no reason known to me my Samsung SLR camera is uploading all my photos in PEF format which I cant view on the PC or upload to photobucket. Have looked through the settings and cant work out whats happened. Always used to be normal jpegs. Help!

PEF are raw files, so you should check the settings on your camera.
