If the ordinary food has enough bone in, I see no reason to doubt the puppy food also has enough.  You can use the pure chicken or pure lamb once a week which contains only meat and bone.  Are you planning to give the puppy bones too?

Yes, I've ordered a load of chicken wings and necks and have some 'recreational' bones too.
I think I'm just going through the same process as when I changed my last dog over, looking for a simple solution and some hard and fast guidelines only to realise that it's not an exact science.
Oh well, on we go ...

Good luck.  My two love NI.  There is no doubt that it is a lot easier and less time consuming than making it yourself.  I let it go slightly thawed and then bag it into the portions I need which they say on the site is ok to do.  Let us know how you get on!

I'd love to try them but I wouldn't be able to fit 10kg worth in the bottom drawer of my freezer. If anyone is in the SE London area and fancies splitting a delivery I'd be up for that, failing that I'll just have to wait till we get a separate freezer for the dogs

Aye, that is what I had to do in the end.

Us too. The separate freezer was a godsend when we had to turn the power off in the house but at least the dog food was fine in the freezer in the shed!

My order came today and my 3 dont want to know wont entertain it.  Any ideas on how to encourage them most welcome. cos iv got bags of the stuff.

My lot just scoffed it.

Try giving them a small amount, if they leave it, don't give them anything else and try again later.

Ours were unsure when I first gave them chicken wings.  They eat anything now.

How much did you buy ?
