Title: Local cocker spaniel rescue story

When I saw this I jokingly said to OH " bet it's a cocker spaniel" and yep it was and black too!

Glad they managed to find the little fellow known as Tug.  There are usually a small colony of seals on and around the bay - seems Tugs was stuck in rocks bless him.
