Grain free dry dog food

Would be grateful for any recommendations for grain free dry dog food. Matte has always been a very itchy dog, He has been on apoquel but it didn't seem to make much difference; the vet suggested a time off it but he is still itching for England. It drives me mad and can't be very pleasant for him. Thought perhaps a change of diet might help; he's currently on Purina Sensitive Skin, as from the lady I got him from. Thank you.
