Unsurprisingly, the Gentle Leader company have also brought out a no-pull harness that works on exactly the same principle as the Halti-harness, but with a lot less fiddling about  ;):

I can't find a UK stockist online though  ph34r

Neither could I.

This e-bay shop has them (I knew I'd seen them somewhere  :005:)

I might give one of these a go with Stevie - the Sporn hasn't been as effective on her as it was with Jimmy. Whereas he's head down and full steam ahead, Stevie bounces about and darts from side to side. Easy to deal with when there's just her but not when I've got all 3 of them together. The stop/start method dosn't work with her ( she just seems to think I like stopping a lot), nor does the turning back the way we came ( 'wahey, we're going this way now ? Cool.'  ).

Thank God! I thought I was just awful at training - Woody is just like Stevie  We did put their ordinary harnesses back on today for the first time in ages and Pepsi was very good. Woody still pulled but not like when his lead is attached to his collar. Trouble is I have two degenerated discs in my back and come back in agony when I have to walk him. Might have a go at the Gentle Leader harness  :D
