I would say he's a 'mismarked' black and tan - the white 'collar' around his neck is probably an extension of the chest blaze. Tilly has a massive white patch on her chest which extends right down between her front legs to her underside and she also has white toes on 3 of her feet and a white chin but she's still classed as a solid liver.
