Heelwork practise

Does anyone have any suggestions for fun and not too complicated heel work activities that could be used to practise heelwork in a small training class?  :huh:

The Paws n Music Association have a move development scheme with pages of ideas for moves that can be used, I think it was on their website as a downloadable document.
