Agility Shows this Weekend?
« on: May 09, 2009, 09:52:12 PM »
Just wondering whose where and when?  :D

We did Beacon show today. The weather held out and Roxy got a 3rd Place in the tricky Grade 3 Agility so I was really pleased! Lovely to meet Rosie (and Ellie - she's soooo dinky!!). There were LOADS of cockers there today!! I think I may have seen solid black Rio from COL?

No show tomorrow, a lie in - bliss!!!

So, fill us in, hows everyone getting on this weekend!  :D

Just uploaded some pics I took at Beacon. They're not great as I had the camera on the wrong setting and I think I need more action shot training!! None of my girlies as I was behind the camera!

Hi Holy

Well done

I had the weekend and would of like a lie in - but Trubs had different ideas.

At Worcester next weekend.  Not  very nice gradings but hey ho.

Thanks for taking me to the show Holly. I am sorry I was a naughty girl  >:D but there was too much temptation outside the rings for me to stay on course. :005: Those other little fluffies were goooooooooorgeous! :luv:  Anyway I was absolutely whacked when I got home as you can see from Mum's photo.     Well done to Roxy, she's a star!    Love Zara x

Really lovely to see you and finally say hello Holly - sorry for being so cheeky and leaving you with little Smells whilst I had to walk a course did not stop all day!!

You have a lovely pic of Dyls (blue roan cocker) and Martin hardly ever has any photos of him doing agility as I can not take piccies and so he takes them so I have loads of mine.  I will let Juliette know as there is a lovely one of Woody (lemon worker) and a couple of Rio (working cocker)

As for the weekend well we are on a high - Spice did me so proud 0 3rd in championship agility and qualified for the final where my mistake cost us further but she was fantastic.  Then qualifying for Crufts in the teams!!!  Dylan ran his heart out for his dad and also qualifed for champ final but a bit of an oops at the tunnel!!  Charlie was a star on SUnday and won Grade 5 agility (with faults so does not go up but my fault for pulling him out the weaves and he ran so well!) Ellie was a little star all weekend just not quite the turbo boost needed to get the numbers!! and I ran Dyls at a show on Sunday  and he won the agility and 2nd in jumping so was a complete star

Have a very tired but very special group of dogs with me!!!

So well done on the placing - it was a tough course that one - perhaps not quite appropriate as a 1-5 but you did exceptionally well!! I think i saw the end of Roxy's jumping run and she was looking good out there - Spice Ellie and I had better look out!!!

Rosie & 4 naughty cockers plus one!

Good luck at your next show,

Nothing for me this weekend, but the good news is that William has finished his physio and we can resume agility, so back to training next week and hopefully to UKA HH on 30th May, which is the next show we're entered for, having missed our last three because of William's injury.
