Dash n Splash

Someone sent my OH a link to this. Looks brilliant (tho not for Molls who isn't keen on water)! Wondered if anyone on here does it?

The reason dogs have so many friends is because they wag their tails instead of their tongues.

I would LOVE to do Dash n'Splash/Jetty Dogs with Tilly cos she does some amazing leaps into the water and loves doing it but there's nowhere I can find near here that offers it, all the clubs and events I've found info on are down south.

Hi there

Harley does this sport, we are just back from 3 days at Paws in the Park, having done a training session on Friday, and then participating on Saturday and Sunday.

Harley tends to be a dash stop splash, and this is what we are working on at the moment.

Mayhem at 11 weeks old has been swimming in the pool on both Saturday and Sunday just to get her used to the water, and then she will train when she is old enough.

It just looks such fab fun and we hadn't heard of it before. Would love to see a video of Harley in action  :D

We were at Paws and did it too, our boys love it but one of them also does the dash, stop and plop technique!

Momophoto took some great pics, I'll be looking up their website when I get a minute! Highly recommended to everyone, great fun if you don't mind getting wet along with your dog  :D

Buddy is a sort of "step daintily in or don't bother at all" kind of wimp guy, so not really for him either.. :005: :005:
