14-11-11 Lingo is a sweet 6 month old male Cocker Spaniel who has come to us from a breeder as he was not required. He doesn't walk as well as he should and he will be having an x-ray of his hips in the next few days to see if there is a problem. He is absolutely stunning but nervous at the moment. He will need a home where there is a happy resident dog to help him in due course.

PLEASE NOTE: We nearly always home ex-breeding dogs where there is ALREADY A RESIDENT DOG living in the house. They have usually never lived in a house before and are only used to canine company.  They usually get their confidence and learn faster with another dog to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience. If the ex breeding dog you are interested in can be an only dog it will say so in its write up.

Oh bless him.  :luv: :luv:
He looks soooooooooo sad and only 6 months.  :'(
It makes me wonder what they have done to him to make him so sad.  >:D
Thank goodness he has had an early release from his situation.
Hope you get a lovely home soon, handsome boy and you can enjoy being a proper puppy.  :luv:

I agree "not required" is an awful expression to be used :'(  Hoping he finds a new home soon :luv:
Both taken away from us far too soon. x  RIP Angels Odie & Archie, causing mayhem at the Rainbow, no doubt!

Bless him he looks so anxious :'(

Perhaps he wasn't "required" because of his apparent mobility problem. If so, at least his breeder had the sense not to keep him for breeding (if that was the original intention) and to give him to Many Tears.

I hope his problem is one that can be easily put right and he finds a new home soon :D

Lingo is in foster in Lampeter, and is currently not available for adoption. Poor little lad :'( I'm sure he'll slowly improve in foster care though :luv:

18-11-11 UPDATE

Sadly Lingo can only bunny hop to move about. He is need of some serious surgery to come right. He is very fearful of people and I guess in a certain amount of discomfort too. We will do all we can to help him over this hard time and make his life worth living. So his x-rays are of to an expert for advise and a quote. Say a prayer or this poor fellow who has never known a pet loving home.

Oh so sad,  Sending prayers that the little lamb can soon be made well and find his forever home.  The biggest Christmas wish for health and happines comes to you Lingo  :luv: :luv: :luv:

Just read his details again.  It says his x rays are going off for advice and a quote.  I'm just wondering, would any other COL members like to donate with me towards his op?
