Title: Warning
Post by: julie1 on January 26, 2013, 05:36:58 PM
Today, everytime I log on a message appears at the bottom of the screen

T      Related: Cocker Spaniel Breeders/ AKC Puppies for Sale/ Cocker Spaniel Puppies for sale/  Dog Breeders Directory  & at the end a search box

Has anyone else had it, or is something like the "Syrian Soldier" that only a few of us saw ? :dunno: :fear2:

Before it appeared there was a message with a warning not to open  :o so I just clicked it off.           Not sure where to put this !!!!!

What device are you using when you see this?

Could you screenshot it for us?

I clicked on the T at the beginning, a page I have never seen before came up entitled

TOPIC TORCH
Settings
Disable
So I clicked it & just like magic it's gone .

Sorry, makes my brain work though. :005:

Sounds like you accidentally downloaded the Topic Torch/Yontoo toolbar - it's nothing to do with COL as such but you might have clicked on it while browsing on another site somewhere (it's classed as malware/adware) You'll need to uninstall Topic Torch - there are lots of sites which tell you how to do this - here's one:
