Adding a picture to your profile??

I'm stuck on adding a picture to my profile Any ideas guys??

i can do it, but it takes me about a week    .  A ace computerer will along shorlty

See if I can remember...here goes

Go in Profile then choose Forum Profile Information, click 'I will upload my own picture', then click browse and a choice of files will come up, choose wherever your pictures are kept  and open file, then choose picture you want.  When you have done this go to bottom of profile page and click change profile
