I think the new mods should have to write an essay on why they deserve tobe a mod and what they can bring to the role.  If we have to put up with their ranting listen to their words of wisdom we should at least make them work for it!!!

Funny -when I saw on another thread you had become a Mod I thought it was some kind of fashion phase you had taken to (like Goth) and was surprised then that you had looked so 'non-weird' when we met last week!! I get it now!! Doehhh (that noise teenagers make when someone makes a cock-up!)
