Avatar showing red cross not pic

Hmmm been trying to upload pic for an hour now resized pic to photobucket and done thumbnail size and copied link and pasted but will only show a red cross and says do nothing, please help i am totally flummoxed. Thankyou in advance.

I've just checked your settings and you'd tried to upload the HTML code link - you need use the 'Direct Link' one instead. I tried to change it for you but it said the photo had been deleted.

If you keep having problems you can email the photo to me colin@cockersonline.co.uk and I'll see if I can sort it for you.
