I know some of you keen photographers are members of Photography Forums, and wondered if you could recommend any?  Unfortunately, I don't have time for another forum,  :lol2: but I'm enquiring for my Dad.   ;)  He's got a DSLR and has recently joined his local camera club where they have guest speakers, run competitions etc, but I think he's probably the least experienced among them and think he's a bit shy/embarrassed to keep asking advice.  My parents have just had the internet connected at home and I suggested the idea of a forum and he seemed quite keen.  So, any ideas peeps?

Thanks.

I'd also recommend Talkphotography, depending on what camera he has it may be worth joining a forum specific to his brand as that can be an easier to way to find useful information for his system.  http://www.dpreview.com tends to have a lot of rubbish in its forums but amongst that it can be worth the time as there are plenty of beneficial topics there.
