Congratulations appear to be in order :-)

I'm a relative newbie so I'm guessing from the other responses here that 'tis an accolade of sorts to be a mod? If yes, congrats to you both.

What I can say with confidence is that I have noticed several responses from elaine.e to various questions/dilemmas posed from owners  - these responses are always detailed, informative and thoroughly supportive in addressing whatever issue has been raised - professional and empathetic - a  credit to your team :-)

(I'll look out for Joules, too - I'm not familiar with your posts as yet, but good luck in your new role :-))
