Charlie needs a home (http://www.dogpages.org.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=97347)
Charlie is a pure bred cocker spaniel approximately 8/9 years old. She was taken in from a backyard breeder by a family with a younger cocker but they have found that they don't get on together. Additionally, Charlie is very nervous around young children, so will be best suited to home with older teenagers and where no young children visit on a regular basis. She has had several lumps removed by their vet which were non-malignent. These were probably due to her having had several litters of puppies previously. She has not been neutered or vaccinated whilst with the family but, if she finds a family to call her own, the branch will ensure that this is done before going to her new home.
If you could offer her the home she needs please phone Gail (24 hours ansaphone) and leave your details 07050264531

Do you know what happened with Charlie? I'm reading the back posts and came across this lovely lady, if it wasn't for our bouncy Piper I would have offered her a home but guess she doesn't want a young lad running rings around her.
