Fussy about water

I thought it was just Honey!!! 

She will ask to go out to drink from a rainwater source outside in preference to her water bowl at home... and absolutely will not drink from communal water bowls unless she is about to collapse from dehydration...

Never considered it could be a hard-water thing... but it makes some sense...
