Morning! Looking for some advice on how to help Caillie's runny poos (sorry, I know not the best start to a Monday!). She has one good solid one in the mornings but for the rest of the day (2-3 others), they're either really soft or runny. When we got her from the breeder at 8 weeks, she was on the chicken and rice Vitalin dry puppy food, and although we thought it was more her age than the food causing it, we had done a bit of research and found that this brand isn't the greatest so decided to change her to the turkey James Wellbeloved dry puppy food. She seems fine in herself, tonnes of energy, lovely coat etc; she'll be 20 weeks on Wed and as we had her at the vet last week, we mentioned about the poos - he didn't seem too concerned and thought it would probably settle down when she moves on to adult food but this seems like a long time to wait! She's also sometimes a bit sick in the mornings but again been told this is probably just because she's got an empty tummy, and normally eats fine about 10 mins after.
I'm wondering if it makes a difference what 'meat' element is fed - i.e. she's had poultry-based so far, should we try the duck or lamb version, rather than another complete brand change? And if so, I assume this would need to be phased in the same way over a period of time? She also gets Waggs training treats as well as some of the JWB biscuits as treats, if that helps, but not loads of either.
