actually its MAY be pts if the local authority cannot find their owner within 7 days (they can't be rehomed at all to anyone other than their owner within those 7 days) and then once the 7 days is up the dog belongs to the local authority to deal with as they wish (Cardiff pound keep all their dogs till they can rehome them rather than when their 7 days is up!) - words valgrays us are 'If dogs are not claimed in 7 days'

Also, may be this discussion should be for another thread as this is about rehoming this dog

Oh my oh my.......she is an older version of my little Holly  :o......she needs a haircut but then she would look like Holly ....even the long eyelashes.  I think she may be all cocker just small, the pics are a bit unclear, she may just be a small cocker like Holly.

how do you know shes on homecheck?i have asked after her as she looks just the dog we are after.i had a bad experience recently.we fostered a jrt and he was lovely but he had fear aggression and i want able to help him.it broke my heart when the rescue took him back after he accidentally bit my husband when he was redirecting his aggression.before we fostered him we were looking for a cocker spaniel but he came along and needed a home so we took him in.i dont regret it at all and it taught me a lot.but now we are focusing on what we started out to have which is a cocker. :luv:

They were asking for someone to do a homecheck for her on their fb page yesterday.  Nothing more on there since tho....
