Ok iv ordered 5 packets of the working chicken, 5kg which if I'm working it out correct should last around ten days does that seem right? How long usually does it take for delivery? Am I best just switching straight to it or mixing gradual with the dry food he is on just know?

I ordered my monthly supply yesterday lunchtime and it arrived about an hour ago.

They only delivery Tuesday-Friday and it;s usually next day (if you order before 2.30 i think).
You can introduce it slowly over a couple of days, mixing with their current food. They have advice on their website about that, and there's lots of threads on here about switching foods.

Do keep in mind though that you can only keep it in the fridge for 4 days once defrosted, so if you are slowly switching there is a chance you may have to throw out a tub before you've finished it, IYSWIM.
Good luck! Hope you get on well with it.

cut it in half while frozen, leave half in the freezer and defrost half a tub in a different tub in the fridge.

Until she's bigger and needs more it might be easier to order the smaller tubs.

Ok I got a load of the working chicken food but I'm surprised that Alfie hasn't taken to it, first couple of days when I mixed it with his dry food he ate it but wasn't overly interested in it and now when I put it out on his own he won't touch it, I think it's because it's raw he has never had raw meat but loves cooked meats , can the natural instinct food be cooked at all ? I now it probably can't but just thought would ask to save me having to throw it all out. Thanks.

You could lightly brown it in a pan, or warm it in the microwave or with some hot water.
If he takes to it the gradually reduce the 'cooking' :)

Be careful though, they warn on their website the bone can become brittle and potentially cause problem if cooked. If you flash fry it though I'm not sure that would be a problem.

You shouldn't cook raw bone food.

Tali has tried a few but his favourite and the one he does well on is Tripe and Turkey.

I will try it in the microwave, he is fast becoming a very fussy dog which I'm wanting to avoid! He just goes up to it and has a sniff and walks away am I best to just not offer him anything else and hope he will eventually eat it or change to something else? Thanks for the advice

Bingley has days like this. He definitely prefers some flavours to others. If he does this i take it up and put it in the fridge, and put it back down in an hour or two. He always eats it in the end!
