Only 4 weeks to go
« on: July 27, 2004, 03:10:25 PM »
Hi everyone

It's only 4 weeks to go until Finley comes to live with us :D , I have put his recent picture in the puppies gallery.  We are very lucky as the breeder allows us to visit him weekly, I am however finding it harder and harder each week to pull myself away - he is so lovely.  I will keep you all posted as the countdown begins.

Wendy :D

Hi Wendy
Good things are worth waiting for!  Use the time to read and learn as much as you can about puppies (especially Cocker Spaniel ones) and learn from this forum too.
I hope by keeping busy the time will fly by for you.
Linda

Hello Wendy, welcome to COL

I pick up Molo in 9 days; we have been visiting him since he was 4 weeks old, and like you, its so hard to come away!

I have learnt so much from all the members here; and I am sure I will be asking loads more questions when he finally comes home!

Good luck Wendy, try to enjoy the anticipation, and get lots of sleep.  We've had Ollie (cocker no.2) for 3 weeks.  He's lovely, but I'm shattered.  Well worth the wait and the sleep depravation though, as I'm sure you'll find very soon.
Love Becky, Danny and Ollie!

Wow.....It's getting closer!!

Read as much about puppies as you can, get plenty of early nights and get all
your housework and gardening etc up to date.

When your little one arrives home you will find that the days fly by and you don't get much done.....except looking after your pup!!

It's the most exciting, wonderful time though :D
