Disinfectant

hi all,just wondering if i can continue washing the path outside in the garden,with disinfectant?will it harm mabel,or should i just wash it down with washing-up liqiud instead?

Iwould brush the path down with disnfectant then rinse it straight down with a hose to dilute it so dog and  plants don`t come to ill effects.the disinfectant would clean\kill germs on contact and should`nt need to be left on so cleaning job done and dusted anyone playing on that surface should then be fine but i would rinse well!
