Help! Problem With Thumbnails

i have just put images on the gallery and the thumbnails and actual pictures are too big!
is there a way to change size of images after putting them in photogallery?
or is there a way to delete them? i can put them on again in smaller size.
please help!  :o

Done, image and thumbnail files were reversed. Should be ok now.
