Well his home at last :)  :)  :) .  The journey home was very good he was not sick, very lively thought he might need the toilet but no just wanted to play.  Eventually did some business in the garden - has not eaten much tea just wants to play and be cuddled - he is soooo tired but does not want to give in.  Just managed to get him off to sleep in his basket - hence the time to write this.  Think we will have him in our bedroom tonight in the puppy pen (having read the night time blues discussion) - having been a cocker owner before we know how much they love being with you we struggled for 9 months with Benji and it became obvious that he was not going to give in so he ended up in our bedroom and sleep harmony was resumed - so we will start as we mean to go on with Finley - off to the vet tomorrow for a visit - then first injection on Monday evening.

Will update you will all the progress over the weekend.  Just off to check he is ok in his basket and still breathing (you know what us new mums are like). :)  :)  :)  :)
