I would probably think he is whinging through excitement or it could be frustration as he can't get the filling out quick enough  ;)

A kong is a hard plastic boredom reliever or just used for a special treat. Usually in the shape of a cone you can stuff them with yummy treats  :)  You can buy them from most leading pet stores  ;)

Its probably excitement cos he knows theres food coming :)

Not sure what you are stuffing it with, but I was over zelous to start and Alfie soon got bored so now its just kibble topped with a dairylea triangle - keeps him occupied long enough and doesnt lose interest through lack of success

Mine used to get bored with theirs as pups but that was because they couldn't get everything out of it—now its a different matter

Thats probably got something to do with it. I guess you need to teach him by starting him off on loosely packed ones, near on instant gratification, and slowly build up to making him work harder for the treat

Sally makes noises when she gets excited especially when she sees a big stick floating down the stream and its just a little too far out for her to jump :o
