Worming and flea treatment when in season?

Willow is having her first season. She's due to have her worm and flea treatment. Is there any reason to wait til after her season has finished?

No reason that I'm aware of although I know some bitches sometimes feel a bit under the weather during their season, so if that was the case with Willow, it might be worth leaving the worming treatment until she was feeling a bit better ;)
