So sorry to hear about Jake, take comfort that he was at home with his loved ones at the end and not alone in the vets.

Oh Tracee, I am so sorry to hear about Jake :(  I lost one of my boys in the summer so I know how utterly devastated you all must be. Thinking of you and your family at this awful time - take care of yourself :(
