What a beautiful tree Maria  :D

Forget about the tree, how brave are you having not one but two Cockers and cream coloured sofa and chairs  :o

No worries with Piper and the tree, she did not bother last year.  The problem we have is one of the cats - who has a nasty habit of making a bed in the branches half way up the tree (artificial ones of course).  She is very careful and she has never knocked the tree over but she makes a right old mess

Here's our tree, note how there are hardly any deccies at the bottom and no skirt, Blues eaten them

I still think your tree is amazing, and your home looks amazing too.  Why does mine always look so shabby from the all mud/fur that comes of the dogs and cat?!  Maybe in the new house (fat chance)

Maria, was it Blue in the gallery reclining on a wicker lounger in the conservatory?  If so I want to know where you got it from, cos I've got to get one for the new house... Hubby reckons that I'm stupid cos Jovi will just chew it

Stop intimidating me with the quality of your chrimbo trees :)

Actually I'm a bit particular about mine, I actually think that when we have kids we'll have to have 2 trees, one they can decorate and my tree!!!!!!!!!

Right this weekend the tree is going up and on Monday I'll be posting a picture of mine too

Wonderful trees!!!  Ours is a dark blue and gold theme but we're expecting a smattering of Black Cocker Spaniel as well.  This will be Woody's first Christmas so I'm taking on board the advice given here - we won't put the tree in the same room as W generally lives/sleeps and we'll supervise his little visits!!!  And we won't put the pressies under it until the night before ....
