The Party's Over! Boo
« on: October 05, 2004, 07:43:17 AM »
Hi everyone - well big day today, my three week holiday with Finley is over :( I will be leaving him for three and half hours today (back to work).  I hope he is going to be ok, I have chew spray deployed all over the kitchin, kong ready to be stuffed, my neighbour is coming in at about 11am to give him a toilet opportunity and I will be home about an hour after that.  I am so sad at leaving him I have so enjoyed being at home sharing all his new experiences - Roll on 12:30 when I can get home and be with him :D  dont I sound sad

Wendy

:P awww Fin will be fine :P  it was the same for me when i got Bailey. Like cbabe says you will have one excited cocker when you come home. If Fin is anything like Bailey it will taking him an hour to come down of the ceiling when you come home because he will have missed you so much. :P  :P

Hiya,  I know how you feel. Bella is 11 weeks old and  I had 2 weeks off with her when we had her, then went back to work when she was  weeks old, but only til one oclock. My daughter comes home at half 12 and feeds her and then she is on her own.   Next week I will be working til 3 so she has had a gradual adjustment.  She is fine.  I put her crate accros the utility room with the door open and she has room to play.  When I come home she is so adorably happy to see me that its worth it.  I take her out for a walk and then play in the garden with her.  She is a bit more hyper than at the weekends when we are there, but other than that she is fine.

I try to put her in her crate even when I am home at weekends so she has a routine.  Good  luck he will be fine. :D
