Hi I'm New
« on: October 13, 2005, 07:34:50 PM »
Hi,
my name is Mark and I am new.
I am currently studying for a foundation degree in canine behaviour and training.
I am owned by Oliver a ten year old  golden show type cocker and Douglas a four year old working cocker.
Both my dogs are rescues, oli from the rspca and Doug from cocker rescue.
My boys are so different and both just as loveable as one another.
I am into clicker training and have won some minor trick competitions with Doug whereas Oli would rather sniff the nearest hedge and relax on the sofa.
Having just discovered this site I'm looking forward to getting to know some more spaniel owners.

Hi Mark I have been a member for a couple of days and have found the site really helpful. I have joined a training class and the trainer is doing a masters in "Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling". Good luck with your course........sure Oli and Doug will help!
I hav a gorgeous 4 month old blue roan, Wallace, our first long awaited dog.

:P Hi Mark, I'm also relatively new on here. I've got Bilbo, a working springer who'll be 2 in March next and Norris, my rescue blue roan show cocker who will be 2 at Christmas. We've had a few issues with him but we've only had him since end of July so it's early days yet. He's settling down now, learning to trust us and knowing that he won't be smacked or bashed.

I look forward to chatting more......
